Apply issue #521 fix to github-pages branch: replace all OpenAPI references to the custom ReferenceValue schema with direct references to Part1's Reference schema to include the referredSemanticId field. This ensures semantic information is preserved in value-only serialization and aligns with IDTA-01001 specification. Related to PR #640 and issue #521
