Added rodent census 540 data

Added rodent census 540 data. Made sure worksheets were identical and no errors were occurring.

2 tests are failing:

• Not all plots entered - it looks like you forgot to add plot 9.
• No versioning information - All commits entering new data should have [minor] in the commit message.
  • Also, see https://github.com/weecology/PortalData/tree/main/.githooks for how to add githooks so it catches commit messages without versioning information.

For the 540 census data, it looks like plot 9 wasn't entered on the data sheet, that's why it wasn't in the excel. I added it in with code 2 for empty plot and re-committed. Is this correct? I have pushed that new commit and can create another pull request if needed.
