This update looks good to me, and we should merge soon since these pages are now gone from the Playbook.

As part of the work around reorganizing the Playbook, the group working on it identified that the information around production environments and best practices are better suited as part of the Guides. This PR moves them here as they'll be deleted from the playbook in this branch.
