Assuming we don't want to try and help people directly ourselves, sending it to the official helpdesk seems sane. |

@taiwangoldcard/taiwan-chat-bot I believe disabling it completely is a better choice. I do wonder if they even browse the website with the questions asked. They use the bot because they can. If they can't ask they'll just browse the website? |
