Assuming we don't want to try and help people directly ourselves, sending it to the official helpdesk seems sane.

@taiwangoldcard/taiwan-chat-bot I believe disabling it completely is a better choice.

I do wonder if they even browse the website with the questions asked. They use the bot because they can. If they can't ask they'll just browse the website?

Right, it would be awesome if we can send them to internal links in our site.
