feat: add alumni page

Adds a new /alumni page that turns the SovEng Nostr follow list into a source-locked alumni directory with local avatar caching, safer profile helpers, and a simplified presentation that keeps the directory alphabetical.

• Preserves raw kind-0 data, validation scripts, and source tests for the alumni pipeline
• Uses njump.to, cached local avatars, and a quieter card layout with a copy action instead of full npub display
• Links Alumni from the main navigation and footer

How is this list sorted? I guess alphabetical would be best?

A couple more things, all NITs, but still:

• I don't love the big arrow, why not use the FontAwesome one?
• Should we really show the full npub for everyone?
• We could link to njump.to instead of njump.me (which is down often)
• The whole page is a bit "noisy"
• Not sure why we would need the big number ("85")

...and last but not least:

Typo: "builindg" - and the whole copy is a bit weird (and weak).
