[Mass] Add unit test framework and tests for Mass components

Introduction of a generic test for masses. It checks consistency between the different methods of a BaseMass:

• addMDx
• getKineticEnergy
• accFromF
• buildMassMatrix
• addMToMatrix

It has been applied to test UniformMass and MeshMatrixMass.
