Link rot fixes for a few resources. Removed readscheme.org because it seems to no longer have a domain name (https://www.reddit.com/r/scheme/comments/b8j7i3/what_happened_to_readschemeorg/ekdoioo/?context=3).

Link rot fixes for a few resources, mostly through MIT Press. Removed the Denotational Semantics link because I could no longer find it online.
