This prevents crashing the debugger when inspecting a NamespaceSymbol.
When rebuilding __iter__ function, arch has to be done too, as it is a function. If arch_eval has not been done yet, arch has not either. However, we can't do it for external files as file_info has been discarded
For main job_queue, we want to remove randomness due to the hash order. And to be closer to the python behaviour, importing symbols as it sees them, this commit implements a PtrWeakHashSet that is iterating in FIFO order items inside it.
