Bug 2013962: [ci full] Skip checksum checking on Kotlin

As mentioned in the bug, these are failing on ARM-32 after the UniFFI upgrade.

I'm not totally sure that I got every generated module, but I think so. I manually inspected the output of the module-build-* tasks and all of the ones I saw didn't have the checksum checks anymore. I think the next step is to see if this causes FF to start again on Chris's phone.
