This PR adds a new
countcommand to the audit-cli, with two subcommands:tested-examples: count the examples in thecode-examples/testeddirectory, with options to slice and report in different wayspages: count.txtfiles in thecontentdirectory, which our build system resolves to documentation pages, with a handful of exceptions and the ability to slice and report in different ways
