I am writing android version of the app, and it seems that it would be nice to have the downloading model in common directory as well, so android application can share the model creation steps

Add iOS and Android model tester apps for measuring performance of a model.
There is also some cross-platform C++ code in
mobile/examples/model_tester/commonthat is used in both apps.
