This is a first draft at upgrading to Python 3.12.6 which is very ignorant of what needs to happen. This is my first PR here and I'm just getting the process started. Let me know how to test this and I will.
This is a part of fixing the following issue, and supporting anything requiring Python 3.12+ This may fix the following issue: flet-dev/flet#4007
