omnigent (Databricks/Neon meta-harness) composes and governs agent harnesses (Claude Code, Codex, Pi) under one policy + collaboration layer — an orthogonal control plane, not a memory system (no cross-session memory, no learning from outcomes). Cortex complements it as the memory/learning layer beneath.

Adds an omnigent (Databricks/Neon meta-harness) row to the Comparison with Alternatives table. omnigent is an orthogonal control plane — it composes/governs which agent harness runs, but has no cross-session memory or learning-from-outcomes — so it complements rather than competes with Cortex's memory/learning layer. Docs-only, one row.
