This PR resolves a duplicate section numbering issue in Phase 3 of the technical book writing methodology document. The document previously had two sections numbered 3.2, which has been corrected by renumbering subsequent sections sequentially.

3.2to3.3 - Adjusted subsequent section numbers:
3.3→3.4and3.4→3.5 - Improved document structure and reference consistency
