I believe, let's check with @trevor-coleman, the entire docusaurus stuff can go away since we have the circle ci orb now to roll up everything ot IR docs

I totally missed important docs when spinning up a module. This PR updates some of our links to be clearer, and removes
packages/docusaurus/docs/contributebecause I thinkdocs/contributingis actually the source of truth here?
