Closing this PR but DO not remove the branch. it's used as a way for users to be able to use Sentry who rely on a higher JNI version.

Updating jni and jnigen packages to avoid further conflicts with other packages

- Updated `jni` dependency from version 0.14.2 to 0.15.2 in `pubspec.yaml`.
- Updated `jnigen` dependency from version 0.14.2 to 0.15.0 in `pubspec.yaml`.
- Refactored Java bindings in `binding.dart` to use the new types introduced in the updated `jnigen`.
- Enhanced null checks and streamlined context handling in `sentry_native_java.dart` and `sentry_native_java_init.dart` to improve code reliability and clarity.
