Vitest four ignores poolOptions

Bumping vitest to 4.x without updating the Vitest configs leaves test.poolOptions in place, but Vitest 4 no longer applies those settings. Worker limits such as maxThreads: 4, maxThreads: 1, and maxForks: 1 are ignored, so the suite can run with default parallelism instead of the intended caps.
