The latest release in vscode repository wasn't updated and is still set to 1.107.1, so just manually update to the newest version.

Test build succeeded. To test this build, install it from the testing repository:

flatpak install --user https://dl.flathub.org/build-repo/247219/com.visualstudio.code.flatpakref

The API shows "1.107.1" as the latest version. Therefore, this PR is prone to error.

@yakushabb I asked on VSCode repo. It seems that the 107.1 is still marked as the latest release, despite having two releases after 108.0 and 108.1.

I wasn't sure whether just bumping the version(s) was okay or not, so feel free to close this PR and wait for the vscode repo to update if this is preferred.
