Yes don't merge this yet. It doesn't seem to work yet. I'll try to fix it when I have some time. |

The servers we run disco on sometimes also contain different heavy processes. Using this nice parameter we can control on a per job basis if the job is more important than the other processes.
Since this is my first time fixing something in Erlang please let me know if everything looks good, especially the validate_nice function.
