Aligns the Query Language BNF and JSON Schema with the IDTA-01004 Security access-rule schema. This adds wildcard array index support, stricter reference/object identifier validation, synchronized OpenAPI/schema copies, focused regex and JSON Schema tests, and a spec artifact validation script. Also adds .pyc ignore rules and a changelog entry.
