Scripts/Gruul's Lair: Update scripts

Changes proposed:

Maulgar:

• Create formation for linked aggro
• Remove MinionData and replace its behavior with manual respawn (MinionData works not correctly in this kind of encounter, for example door is open only when all ogres are dead while door should open when Maulgar is dead)
• Adjust timers and targets of spells
• Reorder events, add missing things to AI of Maulgar and his ogres

Gruul:

• Handle Gronn Lord's Grasp in spell script (previously was handled in SpellAuras)
• Handle multiple things in more proper way
