Update hltb-for-deck to 2.0.6

Exactly when the 2.0.5 was merged to the Decky Database, HLTB changed the API and the plugin got broke again.

Summary

Tested by installing the plugin. Then pressed 'Steam' to return to the main menu and opened a game page. The timings for 'Main story', 'Main + Extras', 'Completionist' and 'All Styles' were present as expected. I then opened the settings for HLTB in Decky and disabled the toggles for the main+ and completionist stats. When I reopened the game page, these stats were no longer present, so toggles behave as expected as well. Overall, the plugin appears to be fully operational.

Opening games pulls data from HLTB database successfully.
Using default settings, HLTB bar loads into custom CSS skin ("Smooth" Experience Redone).
Caches the data for instant review on re-opening game pages, works without internet once cache has been applied.
