Description

Updates the Japanese copyright and attributions page.

• Translates the remaining English description and headings into Japanese
• Removes the “page being translated” notice because the page is now translated
• Fixes a duplicated Japanese wording in the disclaimer text
• Localizes the third-party software table headers

Motivation and Context

The Japanese copyright page still contained untranslated English text and a translation-in-progress notice. This change improves the Japanese documentation by making
the page more complete and consistent for Japanese readers.

Types of changes

• Change to the site (I have double-checked the Netlify deployment, and my changes look good)
• Code example added (and I also added the example to all translated languages)
• Improved translation
• Added new translation (and I also added a notice to each document missing translation)

Checklist

• I have used hugo to render the site/docs locally and I am sure it works.
