Add tests at https://github.com/SMPTE/html-pub/tree/main/test/resources/html/validation and update https://github.com/SMPTE/html-pub-template before merging

There are already 6 working tests for terms, which show these changes, it's all automated like section or example numbering. Nothing to change on the template, as its base minimal doc to render with no terms. |
