I've implemented normal smoothing and the subtractive workflow again. This time it's in the GenerateSurfaceTrianglesJob.

Tested scenarios

No smoothing Smoothing
Additive workflow
Subtractive workflow

I tested that in both edit mode and play mode. The mesh stays the same, as it should.
