Fix beta firmware PR titles

Summary

• Resolve beta firmware display names from the real GitHub PR title instead of the filename-safe release asset name
• Preserve punctuation such as slashes, dots, and brackets in beta firmware titles
• Add focused tests for PR title restoration and fallback behavior
