This PR updates the Microsoft .NET manifest to reflect current .NET support lifecycle by removing the end-of-support 6.0 channel and adding the currently supported 9.0 and 8.0 channels.
- Removes "6.0" channel (end of support)
- Adds "9.0" and "8.0" channels to the Channels list

Updated the
Microsoft.NET.jsonmanifest to include the new9.0and8.0channels in the Channels list, ensuring support for the latest .NET versions. Removes6.0because that version is out of support
