KibanaLog module

Added a KibanaLog module to replace FileBeat.sh (a shell script that tailed KeyMaster.log and runs as a service)

KibanaLog does 3 things:

• Replaces FileLog.py module as KibanaLog also writes to KeyMaster.log
• Is attached to Python stdlib as a logging handler
• Sends both of the above to Kibana/ELK Stack.
  • Messages are saved into a queue to be sent asynchronously
