📝 What does this PR do?
Adds a note in the Network Groups documentation clarifying that the
-o <ORG_ID>option is required for allclever ngcommands when the Network Group was created in an organization other than the personal space.This note has been added in the Prerequisites section to ensure users are aware of this requirement before starting to use the CLI commands.
