General information
Oid of C9800LCK9 is present in SNMPSection detect for cisco_wlc but missing for cisco_wlc_clients. Therefore "Clients " services are not created for WLC C9800LCK9.

Add the Oid ".1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.2860" in cisco_wlc_clients. It is already in cisco_wlc.
