Restarting docker container after successful run fails when timezone (env
TZ) contains '_' in it.As it was found here, the cause of the bug is using
_as delimiter in sed expression that prevents using such timezones asAmerica/New_York.Proposed changes
Replacing delimiter
_with#that does not exist in any curent IANA or POSIX timezone databases.
