Temperature range?

I'm considering using this in an overlanding build and I'm worried about some extreme temperatures I might encounter.  The esp32 can handle -40C to 85C which is fine, but supposedly the display can only do -20C to 70C which is cutting it really close.  I plan on being in some mountains and some desert, so I'm wondering if anybody has had any thermal issues with their spotify DIY things?
