Delete bullseye branch if it's unused

https://github.com/erfanoabdi/gbinder-python/tree/bullseye should be deleted to avoid confusion about upstreams and where CI builds originate; isn't https://github.com/waydroid/gbinder-python/tree/bullseye instead used to provide modern packaging on the Waydroid repo for Debian/Ubuntu distros?
