Nextjs REST apis sync

We want to have next.js users able to sync with WatchAPI

To achieve it, here plan:

1. Investigate nextjs REST apis setup.
2. Add target as next.js
3. Add sync functionality to convert nextjs routes to WatchAPI

note: there pages and app folders in next.js
we want to see what the most common, what the best way to do it.
