The "Open in chat" button on docs shows hostname as 'undefined'

Description

The Open in Chat button on the documentation website generates an invalid URL.
Instead of using the current documentation page’s URL, it produces a link containing https://undefined/.

Example of an invalid link: https://cursor.com/link/prompt?text=Read+this+page%2C+I+want+to+ask+questions+about+it.+https%3A%2F%2Fundefined%2F

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://ai-sdk.dev/elements
2. Click on the "Open in chat" button on the right sidebar
3. Hover on any link, and it will contain undefined as the hostname
