Adds the following new members to their respective committees in the file: - Herb Conaway to House Committee on Armed Services (HSAS) - Adelita Grijalva to House Committee on Education and the Workforce (HSED) - James Walkinshaw to House Committee on Homeland Security (HSHM) - Adelita Grijalva to House Committee on Natural Resources (HSII) These entries overwrite the auto-generated committee lists to include members not yet reflected in the official documentation.
The House Energy and Commerce Committee (HSIF) membership in the manual addendum is now identical to the official auto-generated list. Removing it to allow the auto-updater to handle it going forward.
