[Please help]Font issues with arrows in footnotes after exporting to PDF

My PDF documents need to use only free commercial fonts in certain business processes.

The arrows in the footnotes are embedded with the Segoe UI Symbol font when exported to PDF.
Is there any way I can change this font?
