[BUG] tilelang.com fails to load with ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Problem description

Attempted to go to https://tilelang.com/ leads to a ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT error in chrome (Version 142.0.7444.175). Though it loads on my mobile phone. Can anyone else confirm issues when attempting to go to tilelang.com from a desktop web browser? If it is a me issue feel free to close.

it could be that my work is blocking this by region since the site is hosted on Alibaba Cloud Computing. Would be nice to have a version of the docs US or EU hosted but that is likely the culprit so feel free to close
