Language selector doesn't work

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to GitHub-pages site
2. Select language
3. Get 404 error

Expected behavior

1. Go to GitHub-pages site
2. Select language
3. Get correctly version of page

Actual behavior

Selector is working in Documentation and not working in Home tab
