release 0.39 Missing tableauserverclient root folder in package.

Looks like smth wrong with the structure of package that has been published to Pypi. I can see in RECORD

In the meantime reverting to 0.38 fixed things for me.

Fixed by the release of 0.40 to pypi.

Thanks to @jorwoods and @jacalata for the quick turnaround on this. Looks like 0.40 is working correctly now.
