[NOT A BUG] newer version of postgres ?

First, thank you for awsome work with fab-manager ! I'd like to give it a try for the organizations we host. I belong to the CHATONS community (https://www.chatons.org/).

Did you planned to upgrade the PG version ? In https://raw.githubusercontent.com/sleede/fab-manager/master/setup/docker-compose.yml, we can see PG9.6. I guess the latest version of PG is near 17.
