Feature Request for v3: Export function to include exporting existing v2 config as v3 config

Loving the configuration tool, and it's export function, but I believe there is a major missed opportunity here to help admins update their configs, and that is allowing the export function to convert/update an existing v2 configuration (managed or not) to the new v3 format.

@wakco Thanks! That's definitely a good suggestion. Perhaps something for 3.1 as we're relatively close to release and this would probably require too much work for this development cycle. As 3.0 should work without any breaking changes, it's totally voluntary to update the configuration to the new structure.
