Enhanced inline information on dashboard

It would be great to display more information on the Dependency Dashboard such as the old version and the changelog.

For example, the current line is:

Update Helm release argo-cd to v9.1.4

The proposed change would bring it to:

Update Helm release argo-cd from 8.9.1 to v9.1.4 (changelog)

This would help maintainers check at a glance if there's a major upgrade and to check if there are any breaking changes ahead of time.
