Days streak function doesn't work for the user is the profile visibility is set to Hidden

User's profile doesnt show challenges progress, badges and daily streak anymore.
Instead the network tab shows solves and awards scripts are not found (404).

The reason for that is a bug with Profile Visibility setting. If it is set to "Hidden" - statistics even in the user's profile are not being displayed. Guess there should be a check for an user's session and if it is not of the current user - only then we should return 404 on awards and solve handles

I think with #938 it's slightly trickier since scoreboard calculations are slow, and so they are cached. We could potentially keep enough information to figure out where the hidden user would slot in, and then push everyone else down 1, but that would be kind of weird because then that user would be seeing different rankings than everyone else (maybe they could also just tie with the ranking of the person currently occupying their slot).

I would imagine this specific issue should be easier (no cache mess), but unfortunately I don't have a lot of time right now to investigate.
