Signal component render optimization #1312
Description
Can we add notes to the Signal page about the memo-like rendering optimization when a component has a Signal in it?
I think it was in a previous version of the docs, or at least i remember reading it at some point, and it still seems to work that way, per my own testing as well as preactjs/preact#3877
