Describe the bug

Looks like domain was bought by someone and now it redirects to some ad page with slots, casino etc.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://www.php.net/get-involved.php
2. Scroll to the end of the page.
3. Click on lxr link.

Expected behavior

Url of wrong site is not shown or correct page is opened.
