Blank screen when loading pgAdmin 4 v9.11

When I open pgAdmin 4, all I see is a blank window. No menus, no buttons... nothing at all:

I tried removing pgAdmin's configuration files, just in case it was sometging I changed, but it doesn't help. It just takes more time to load. I also tried reinstalling it from scratch, with the same result.

My computer is running a Debian 13 Linux distribution, but I'm installing pgAdmin 4 from https://ftp.postgresql.org/pub/pgadmin/pgadmin4/apt/trixie. The problems started when I migrated from Debian 12 to 13.

Closing the window doesn't work, I have to manually kill all the processes. If I start it from the command line, I have to press Ctrl + C twice in order to close it.

The logs look good. Can you please share screen recording for further investigation. Also, can you try clearing the cache at ~/.config/pgAdmin 4/Cache

As you can see, I removed the ~/.config/pgadmin4/ and ~/.pgadmin/ folders before, so that no strange configuration settings or cache artifacts are possible.

Notice how the window is blank, but the mouse triggers some cursor changes and tooltips as it moves (around 2:10).

Can you try pgadmin4 --disable-gpu?

@adityatoshniwal It worked! Using that argument pgAdmin starts without problems and the UI is now visible.

We probably need to add a setting in pgAdmin config store to disableHardwareAcceleration and add this to https://www.pgadmin.org/faq/
