Adding country year to MARV/RAVV seqs

This is an incomplete issue - I'll try come back and fill in the remaining sequences from MARV/RAVV

Describe the possible issue

43 sequences in MARV/RAVV have no country. some of these can be curated from information in the original Genbank files (strain name, paper, etc).

Suggested change

I've tried to list below those we can identify the country for - we could curate these.

Sequences where country/year can be added

PP_004DC5G.1 - Genbank AF005730.1 - strain name is M/S.Africa/Johannesburg/1975/Ozolin - country is South Africa (city Joberg). Year is 1975.

PP_004DC6E.1 - Genbank AF005731.1 - strain name is M/Kenya/Kitum Cave/1987/Ravn - country is Kenya - sample collection year is likely 1987. Note that host may not be human as collected from a cave (but not specified)

PP_004DC7C.1 - Genbank AF005732.1 - strain name is M/Germany/Marburg/1967/Ratayczak - country is Germany - sample collection year 1967.

PP_004DC8A.1 - Genbank AF005733.1 - strain name is M/S.Africa/Johannesburg/1975/Ozolin - country is South Africa (city Joberg) - sample collection year 1975

PP_004DC98.1 - Genbank AF005734.1 - strain name is M/Kenya/Kitum Cave/1987/Ravn - country is Kenya - sample collection year 1987

PP_004DCA6.1 - Genbank AF005735.1 - strain name is M/Germany/Marburg/1967/Ratayczak - country is Germany - sample collection year 1967

Thanks for flagging this Emma and I totally agree with you to add these fields using the Genebank record. I also agree for the sequences (PP_004DCB4.1, PP_004DCC2.1) to be revoked since it is indicated in their Genebank record to be chimeric molecules.

I take note of other RAVV sequences with an "unassigned DNA" molecule type status in Genebank but without any notes. My question is whether these should be maintained? Below is the list of the RAVV sequences affected and they seem to be from the same first author.
