error value `SRS_STREAM_NAME` in local storage when reinstall Oryx docker container

1. [RTMP: OBS or vMix] update Stream Key.
2. uninstall Oryx docker container, and reinstall it.
3. Login /mgmt. found the old value SRS_STREAM_NAME. Need update Local storage value when relogin.
4. Login /mgmt in other browser. found Stream Key is livestream not the old value.
