Follow this issues (#28008 / #28011) we would like to use the new publisher BUT
'Codeunit Microsoft.Finance.VAT.Registration."Alt. Cust. VAT Reg. Doc. Impl."' is inaccessible due to its protection levelALAL0161

I am sorry for a long waiting for this one. I really do not want to make the interface implementation public. Otherwise, i would suggest moving out the procedures with integration events to the facade codeunit. I have created a pull request with changes, so you can see it and let me know if it is fine. Looking forward to hearing your feedback.

@chrischbo , usually we do this in the next minor, but since it is already took so much, as exception, i want to ask you where you need this (27.3? 27.2?), and i port the change there. Once i get the code in and we start deployment, for base application it is usually up to 2 weeks.

@ventselartur Would be nice to backport it as far as possible so we don't have to set the min. requirements in our apps to a very high version (because of onprem business)
